Use your AI coding agent as a launch operator.

A coding agent can do more than generate code. With the right files and prompts, it can help a solo founder keep launch decisions, QA, support, and metrics from getting lost in chat.

The operating loop

1. Keep state in files

Ask the agent to maintain a launch state file and decision log so important choices survive across sessions.

2. Validate before polish

Score the buyer, pain, urgency, willingness to pay, distribution, and risk before expanding the product.

3. Shape one offer

Turn the buyer pain into a landing-page brief, objection bank, FAQ, and clear checkout promise.

4. QA the buying path

Have the agent inspect payment, delivery, refund, support, mobile, and broken-link paths before traffic arrives.

5. Launch in small waves

Draft channel-specific posts, avoid spam, and review each wave before expanding distribution.

6. Decide from signals

Use visits, checkout clicks, sales, refunds, and objections to choose iterate, hold, or pivot.
